How much this helps save passive churn? Can’t get into details, but CTR is nearly 20% across the messaging. Emails/SMS lead straight to customer portal billing section, where the error is present with steps to fix it ASAP.

The What: series of emails and sms notifications to prevent passive churn
The Why: churn can happen when subscribers don’t have enough funds in their credit card, it expires, or if there is some other billing issue. The only way to get them back is to remind them to update their payment details
The inspiration: we used churnbuster, but it ended up costing us $1k+ a month. I’ve recreated the setup with klaviyo for free.
