Lalilab Customer Acquisition Survey

Project for a client with a skincare brand, website is https://lalilab.co and the survey is available at https://lalilab.co/bg/personal-diagnostics. Not yet translated to english, but coming soon (you can also view with google translate or just read my post below)

the quiz logic, where we analyse the sensitivity, needs and goals of the customer to create a tailored 3-step routine
the final 3-step routine and Lali Beauty Card with recommendations and viable additional information; the card gets sent to customers email, added to their account (if they create one) and allows to add only some of the products and continue to checkout or add all recommended products and get a special 30% discount

The What: multi-step customer diagnostics (survey) for finding the perfect skincare products routine. Users select a zone (Hair/Skin/Face) and answer 5 questions to determine sensitivity. That decides which program works better for them – ppDermo for sensitive skin or ppFresh for resistant skin. Next the customers are asked another 3-5 questions related to their problems and goals. The end result is Lali Beauty Card with personalised 3-step product routine and additional information.

The Why: the brand offers 50+ products, each tailored for specific skin issues, type, sensitivity and goals.

The inspiration: i’ve looked around, curology was a big inspiration. The client also had a good idea what they’ve wanted to achieve based on how they made their products. The technical setup was more of a figure-it-out as you go.

The How: Their website is based on wordpress + woocommerce, so we went for a plugin combined with a bit of custom js and lots of css. We’ve used https://revenuehunt.com/ (which is available as a mini for Shop App wow).

The Future: translate to english, track performance, optimise drop-off points.
